Some of us met at Brathay Hall, Ambleside for a reunion in November 2003. We had two sociable evenings, catching up on news and sharing photos, and all an day walk, followed by retail therapy or beer drinking, whatever was your fancy! Thanks to the organisational skills of Francis and Tom for a lovely weekend.

On my way home I called in at Carnforth Station, the location used for the filming of Brief Encounter. You can see me sitting at the very table used by Celia Johnson and Trevor Howard and serving tea from behind the counter!
